Information you choose to provide

If you use the enquiry form, we ask for your name, phone number, event type, preferred date, guest estimate and any optional message. If you submit feedback, we may receive your name, rating and feedback text.

How submissions are handled

Website enquiry and feedback forms are processed by FormSubmit, a third-party hosted form service, and are configured to notify grandcastle.eventcomplex@gmail.com. The service may require the venue to confirm the recipient email before submissions are delivered. Do not submit sensitive information through these forms.

Testimonials

Feedback is not published automatically. The venue reviews submissions before deciding whether to publish a testimonial. Please do not include personal information about another person.

Contact and external services

Phone, WhatsApp, social media and Google Maps links open third-party services. Their own privacy terms apply when you use them.
